• Yes, you can back up your Outlook files on this drive. I use Acrobat, and save my email folders as .pdf's and store them that way. Very easy to pull up if needed and its in a usable format.

• You can set it up in windows 10 to backup any files and folders you want, including email backups from outlook. Just find out which folder outlook saves your emails (a quick google can help with that).

• Along as you can fine the PST extension file on your windows machine and manually drag it over. Windows may have a utility to backup as well..
