I asked this same question and apparently it's up to the store to update it at the end of the night? But realistically, they might only update it when they do their stock counts.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have seen this happen too....though to be fair, other stores have this problem as well. I always end up calling the store personally and having a staff member put hands on the item and HOLD it for me....only way to be sure.

Please try again later.Because of the high turnover of merchandise, especially on sale or in advance of holidays/peak shopping periods, it is always best to check with your local store for products after obtaining the pricing/SKU information from Best Buy.com. My experience using this method is that Best Buy staff are excellent at quickly confirming if merchandise is on hand at their store or a nearby one. If available, simply complete your purchase with the Best Buy staff during the call.
