• Unit comes with 2 WD Red drives of 2TB capacity each, NOT SSD drives.

• 2 drives, 2 TB each. May be configured as RAID 1 - mirror or Raid 5 which They are WD Red drives - not SSD

• This product is 1 external enclosure housing 2 drives. They are not SSD's, they are standard hard drives. If it included a 4tb SSD it would be well over $1000.

• There are two hard drives (the older spinning type). The drives are each 2GB (gigabytes) in size and in a mirror configuration. This means that the total storage of the device is 2GB and not the 4GB that is deceivingly printed on the box.
