Same for me. In order to access the movie, you have to create an account on the MGO app if you don't have one yet. Then you can access your 2 free movies in the library from there. Hope I made my self clear.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You must have access to the correct App to use this device. Please see my review for more info. Basically if the App is unavailable on your TV it's useless. This needs M-Go or FandangoNow to access content- even the supposedly free movies.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had this same issue, one make sure you're connected to the Internet. I know it seems remedial but double check. Then for Samsung tvs go thru the MGO app.
