• You have to download the app on your smart tv and then use the app to download the unlocked movie to the hard drive. I've found that it takes forever which makes this product useless for 4k content.

• Use your internet connection on the TV to go to M-Go.com and download any movies that you want to watch (for a cost of course). It plugs into the USB port on the TV and select that as your "source" and then pick from any movies that you have stored on the drive.

• You will need to make an account on Fandango Now to see the movies on the drive. It used to be called M-Go but it is now Fandango Now.
