Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am on the same operating system and I have the exact same passport hard drive. I had no problem using mine at all. You may need to reformat yours. If that doesn't work you should contact western digital and have them trouble shoot for you. You have a one year warranty for them to fix or replace. I honestly think if you reformat though it should fix your problem. Best of luck to you :-)
