“Can a WD Passport Go have a factory reset and still work as if new so I can start over? I screwed up and it appears to be backing up my desktop C & D in a couple different folders because it says it's full, yet my desktop usage should not have filled it.”

• You can always format the drive and start from scratch, but it sounds like you have some sort of auto backup running. You’ll want to stop that if you’re not wanting to fill up the drive automatically.
