Yes --- I've done this using an Apple TimeMachine router to store moves and music that can be accessed from any device in the house. I've also used conventional hard drives in this manner, but between their USB 2.0 connection to the router, wireless network speed limitations, and the drive's spinning storage system they were kind-of slow. Switching to SSDs for the network drives was noticeably faster.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Depends on your router - you need a NAS for that

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sure, you obviously have to make sure your settings are correct
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes you can! I have 4 of these connected to my Netgear R700. Full (technical) disclosure: I do have DD-WRT Custom Firmware loaded to my router, and I am unsure if this has anything to do with my success connecting these SSDs to my setup, but I doubt it. If it formats like a standard external drive, and your router accepts external hard drives, there's no difference. It will connect. I hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Depends on your router. If your router supports USB HDD sharing, you're fine. This will work as any external USB hard drive, so if it worked with other hard drives, it'll work with this, too.
