I am interested in having everything on the Windows 10 PC automatically backed up daily including all files and folders. I purchased WD My Book 4tb and two technicians from different companies have tried to set it up for automatic daily backups. It fails to backup the content of the files and folders in the different programs. I just want a simple solution to my problem i.e., I have to change content for client folders in the different programs daily and I need the assurance that everything is being backed up daily (updated) and easy retrieval when necessary.
