QuestionMy passport X 2TB, and others compatable with Xbox one?I see the WD - My Passport X 2TB external USB 3.0 portable hard drive is compatable with the Xbox one. I plan on going to best buy on 7/30/15 and pick up one, but I was wondering if there's a bigger size, maybe like a 3 or 4 TB hard drive?

- Answer When researching external hard drives to expand my grandson's Xbox 1, the product description on bestbuy.com stated that it is compatible for Xbox 360. I don't know whether both format games can be stored at the same time. My grandson uses this exclusively with his Xbox 1.

- Answer Any hard drive is compatible with a Mac. IF you buy a Mac version, it comes preformated with a Mac partition. If its a regular external hard disk, passport or any other, just launch disk utility and change the partition to Mac , and within seconds it will be ready for you to use it with your Mac. You'll just need to give it a name when you create the new partition.

QuestionI purchased this Passport drive so that I could transfer my photos from my laptop I’ve discovered that this is My Passport X which appears to be for a Xbox One or PC gaming storage. Will this work for my intended use without reformatting it? Thanks.

- Answer You have to do the original setup when connecting to your PC but it will work for your needs.

- Answer If you're asking about games and apps for Xbox, the answer is no. It's falsely advertised that it can be used for this, but it's not the case. Don't make the same mistake I did, save your money.
