• The Bump Step XL ships with a bolt, flat washer, lock washer and nut, Instructions on the order of installation of these parts is included. (I'd likely add a flat washer to spread the load on both sides, but that's just my upbringing.)

• Yes, The standard Bumpstep XL includes zinc plated hardware: one each bolt, lock washer, flat washer, and on the far side of the hitch, the nut. For plated hardware, use a 15/16" socket or wrench and tighten to a snug fit (approcimately30-40 foot-pounds).

• Yes, when I bought mine here a couple months ago, it included the standard zinc-plated bolt, flat washer, and split lock washer.
