A:AnswerHave the same questions. Bought in December with new computer, but not installed because I still had another (Avast) subscription in place. However, Webroot starts to expire at date of purchase, not date of installation. Also, it doesn't say exactly what it's protection is......read all info on package and still don't know what it does. Good luck getting answers.
