A:AnswerIf you can take your laptop to Geek Squad, do that. I had another product that continually asked me to purchase an update. It might be something very simple that Geek Squad can detect.
A:AnswerThis happened to me too. I had to get the Geek Squad to come to my house to stop it. I had a few more notices after that too. Hopefully it is gone.
