A:AnswerI believe so. I finally just figured out to turn the timer off you can just push the cancel on the outside but I do open mine to set the timer, only draw back
A:AnswerI'm not sure I understand your question, but we installed it below an upper cabinet and then ran the vant up through the cabinet. That worked out well.
A:AnswerTim, to use the control lock, touch and hold the Cancel keypad for about 3 seconds until 2 tones sound and the CONTROL LOCKED appears in the display. When locked, touching any button on the keyboard (except for the hood control buttons and Cancel) will not work. Repeat to unlock control. Hopefully, this information is beneficial to you. Thank you for your inquiry regarding our KitchenAid Appliances!

A:AnswerDear Emptynester,
I don't find the fan so loud but I do hear it when I'm in the kitchen. If it's on high it's more pronounced but that machine has a medium (H-L) and a low speed. I am pleased with microwave as I have more space to work at the stove. Good luck with your decision.

A:AnswerThe Start button is labelled as the “30 sec” button with a right facing arrow on the front of the unit. Admittedly they should have also put a “Start” label on it to make it more obvious, but once you figure that out, no big deal!
Also, User dontbuythis keeps insisting the bulb is not replaceable, or that it will be $150 to have a new board put in. This is ridiculous! The halogen bulb is easily replaceable in both the over (one screw) and underneath (4 screws) and they are readily available online and in some stores.
A:AnswerPrevious answer is a cop out. Useless! The reference to the installation instructions does nothing since that is where the inconsistency in dimensions lies. Don’t insult me by just giving a link that is useless!
A:AnswerFatCat, we really appreciate your feedback and do apologize for the inconveniences. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns
A:AnswerCan't help. You are way ahead of me with #4 button info.. Just accepted alert tone volume as it came out of the box, a little low but not unpleasant and OK in the absence of a lot of backgrund noise. Almost identical to the alert from another brand fridge bought at the same time. Out of interest I did a quick search and only found info for iphones and galaxy phones. Does Whirlpool or BB represent model as ADA compliant? If so, there ought to be flashing lights or s relay output to connect a strobe, presumably asynchronous so it doesn't induce epilepsy in hearing impaired people.
A:AnswerHello Azanna! Unfortunately, there is no LED lighting at this time. We greatly apologize. Thank you for your inquiry on our Whirlpool appliances.
A:AnswerWillie, per page3 of the User Guide: Tones Open door, press and hold number keypad “4” for 5 seconds to disable button tones. Repeat to turn buttons tones back on. End of cycle & timer tones will still be active. Hopefully, this information is beneficial to you. Thank you for your inquiry regarding our Whirlpool appliances!
A:AnswerHi EMMTEE, we are attaching a link for the installation instructions which should be able to answer all your questions moving forward.
