- Answer The mounting bracket does come with it but the wall template was not. Only the ceiling template was in mine but it was enough for the job.

- Answer No, you must have a cabinet to mount this unit, as it essentially “hangs” from the 2 upper mounting screws. There is a metal bracket that mounts on the wall and works in conjunction with upper cabinet mounts.

QuestionWas unpacking microwave to install it. It mentions a grill on the top just over the door where the black plastic spacers were sitting and which had to be removed. There doesn't appear to be a grill just an open area. Am I missing grill inserts pieces?
