“The Best Buy Installers connected the vent to go outside to the roof but I noticed that it vents through the grates on top of the microwave as well. A lot of air is coming from those vents into the house. Does this mean it isn't venting through the roof?”

I would call The Best Buy Installers back and ask them the same Question that is up top !! Did they give you an 800 # to call about your Installation, it should be on your folder ?
