“One of my drawers (I use for salad items) is very hard to open and shut and sometimes the entire shelf it's attached to wants to come sliding out. Is there something I can do to help it slide open and shut easier or should I get a replacement drawer?”

• Hi, Try lowering the temp of your refrigerator. It might haven some ice that is sticking to the bottom.
