“Is there a rinse cycle option? I don’t need to run the dishwasher every day and my old Model had a rinse cycle that I used between washes... it was very helpful...”

I don't know but it is completely unnecessary. We only run ours every 4-6 days, and it gets everything perfectly clean without running rinses.

There’s not a rinse option. The shortest cycle is 1hr 32 minutes and it does not dry as well as the old models.
