• A:Answer Hello Janice! The Heated Dry is an optional cycle. Per page 9 of the Use and Care Guide, Use Heat Dry for optimum drying performance. For air dry, Heat Dry LEDs must be off. We hope this helps!

• A:Answer Hello Pleasedcustomer, the Tall Tub design gives more capacity to the Dishwasher tub by compressing the mechanical parts and assemblies at the bottom of the unit. You will know a Tall Tub design because the door will continue the length of the cabinet with out an extra panel at the bottom to cover the larger pump and motor. The dimensions will be the same to fit standard height countertops. Q: QuestionI just recently bought the Whirlpool 24" (Model #WDT710PAHW). My wife has used it twice now on the 1 hour wash cycle and then used the Heat Dry option, but the dishes are soaking wet when it's done. Why are the dishes not drying? What're we doing wrong?
