Q: QuestionMy dishwasher is brand new, its always wet inside the tub. I went 3 days with out using it and water is still on the top and sides. Seems like it is dripping water from the top spray. Is this normal or is something wrong with it? I have only used 2

Q: QuestionBrand new machine put in rinse aid. Dishes still so wet and interior walls are dripping wet. Have trieD all the cycles. Help. This seems to be a common issue I am used to my fridgedaire on the extra heat cycle the dishes were piping hot at the end

• A:Answer Hello Pat! Please make sure that you are using a Rinse Aid with your unit. Your dishwasher is designed to use rinse aid for good drying performance. Without rinse aid, your dishes and dishwasher interior will have excessive moisture. The Heat Dry option will not perform as well without rinse aid. For most water conditions, the factory setting will give good results. However, if you are experiencing poor drying performance, you may want to try a higher setting. Turn the arrow adjuster inside the dispenser to change rinse aid setting.

• A:Answer I actually figured it out. I installed a new garbage disposal a while back. Since I didn’t have a dishwasher I didn’t knock out the drain plug for the dishwasher. Knocked it out and drains fine
