They exchanged it with no problems wit the exact make and model machine and this one works perfectly. I love it. It is quiet, efficient and cleans well and rinses really well. I am so glad I didn't keep the other one and mess around with repair men in and out and being angry. You have a couple weeks from purchase to exchange items at Best Buy. They were Great!
