My clothes are cleaner and fresher. I have a family of 4 and our laundry is done in no time. Larger capacity so we can wash bigger loads. Very happy with our purchase.

I have been doing laundry for most of my life so having clean clothes is very important to me. This machine is one of the last that still have an agitator and knobs instead of buttons. I have tried the new fangled machines that don't and find they can be hard to use and don't clean all that well. They do good with the pods but if you use the he liquid, the solution is not completely rinsed off. My only wish with this machine is that the cycle didn't take soooo long to complete. I don't enjoy spending a whole day doing laundry. But the clothes do come out clean and the drying time is marvelous, hence the he style. All in all though, I am pleased with my purchase and look forward to many years of use.

Great washer machine!! It washes efficiently and quietly any size of loads!

After purchasing a more expensive washer without an agitator that used less water. This washer was a god sent and all we really needed. A less expensive washer that washes like the good old washers that we've all had for years. It has an agitator and a deep water setting that actually uses more water than all the more expensive energy efficient washers. This washer is a high efficient washer but this one will leave your clothes clean and smelling fresh.

I'm a big fan of Whirlpool (buy American everybody!) but I was slightly disappointed in this washer. I was originally going to buy their budget-friendly brand Amana to match my dryer. Unfortunately they were sold out so I paid the extra 100 for the "better" washer. It is a little loud but that is to be expected when you're not shelling out a thousand dollars for each piece. My only complaints are: A) It takes FOREVER to wash a load of clothes, even on quick cycle; which is probably due to B) the auto sensing water level feature has never worked. No matter if I put two pairs of socks in the washer or a full load, it always fills the water all the way to the top. And this washer doesn't have any manual override for that feature so I can't just choose a level on my own. What a waste of water! Still, it's not a big enough deal for me to shell out big bucks to have someone come look at it. It's just something I've learned to expect. You get what you pay for, folks! (Still love Whirlpool, though!)

I was looking for a very basic washer. The only thing on this washer that I would say is fancy is the auto sensing of the level of water in the washer. I would prefer to pick my own water level. I found that the auto sensing doesn't necessarily work. I washed my sheets and set the washer to auto sensing, and after the sheets were washed, I found that parts of the sheets were still unwashed. It was dry in the center. A little weird. There's a "Deep water wash" setting where the machine fills all the way to the top instead of auto sensing, so that's what I do now when washing bulkier items. All other items washed, I haven't had any problems with. This washer gets the job done. You just need to set the fill level to "Deep water wash" when washing bulky items.

I got my first machine and it had some problems, so I called the person I bought it from and he said no problem. We will bring out a new one asap. So when I got the new machine I asked the young man to show me more things about the machine and he was very helpful. If the machine gets unbalanced all you do is hit the stop/paus button once. It will unlock and you can rearrange the clothes and then hit start again and the machine is fine. I also learned that the causal settings has a slower spin cycle which I like. So I do like the machine as it really cleans my clothes. I hated the machines without an agitator. With this machine you just have to learn how to operate it for the best outcome.

I have had the washer for just about a month now and it is exactly what I was looking for. This was a replacement for a whirlpool washer that lasted just about 20 years so I was hoping for similar quality. I read many of the reviews before buying and most of them are spot on. Do not buy this washer if you are thinking every washer should function like a $800-$1,000 unit. The auto load sensing does not really function and as other reviews state it usually fills the water to full capacity. So I just adjusted my load sizes as this washer can handle quite a bit. It is quiet while washing and I only hear it operating during fill and drain. My items come out nice and clean plus it does a pretty good job of keeping things from tangling during the cycle. If you are having this delivered and installed just note that this washer does NOT come with a set of hoses so you will need to buy the stainless steel hoses if you want the Best Buy delivery people to hook the machine up. It's a little bit of a bummer that Best Buy does not have their own delivery people. It's a third party company, but the two men were considerate, safe, and knowledgeable. I feel like I got a great deal on a U.S. made product.

i really feel i got a great washer for a good price. I love that it has an agitator and that there are water level settings. I use to have a more expensive machine with out an agitator and it did not get our clothes as clean as this new washer. This washer does not immediately lid lock, that means you can add forgotten items without stopping the machine and waiting for it to start again. I love the convenience of directions on lid , they come in helpful while getting acquainted with the machine. They helped my teenage daughter decide the best setting for a load of bedding without me being home to guide her.

I purchased this washer along with the matching dryer. The decision was based on price and at this price it was the best value compared to other brands in this price range. As long as the belt does not break I will be happy. The salesperson told me that all of the lower cost units are pretty much throw aways if they break since the service call will cost as much as a new unit (not including downtime). In looking at the all of the options at this price point you cannot go wrong with any of the brands. You just need to make your decision based on price and availability.

Really not loving it. I can handle the noise and the the fact that you don't get to choose your water level. If you don't do a deep wash, often times, the water level does not cover the clothes, and you need to make sure that you have it on the 2 rinse cycle. However, the first time that we did a set of towels, the washer started jumping and moving because of balance issues, and unfortunately, the lid locks so that you cannot open it and move the towels to re-balance the washer. I have never had a load of towels unbalance a washer, and it's disappointing that you can't open the top. The washer moved so much it caused a small dent in the wall. I wouldn't buy this again and wish that I had done a load of towels sooner to know about the balance and locking issues.

I was a little apprehensive when making this purchase because all the reviews said it was too loud blah blah. It’s not loud. My laundry room is in my master bathroom and it’s perfect. It’s not loud, it cleans great, the delivery guys were awesome and only needed about 20 minutes, and I’m overall very pleased! Glad I bought this machine!!

I have had this washer for about two months now and still trying to get used to it. It has so many settings, which is a little overwhelming. Does get the clothes clean. I'm not too crazy about the auto sensing for the water level. Also it seems to start over whenever the lid is opened to peek inside. My previous washer took about 25 minutes to do a load, this takes about 45. But I'm keeping it and just trying to get used to it. I wouldn't buy it again though.

I exchanged the exact same model which was broken for this washing machine and it works great and is quiet, efficient and very easy to use. I love this machine. It has a huge basket that hold my biggest loads easily and I love the double rinse cycle because I have many allergies and the double rinse is assurance for me that everything is well rinsed and pure as well as very clean.

It is hard to get used to something new after you've had a washer for 10 years, but overall, we are happy with the performance of this washer. It was a great deal for the money. It has a large capacity and is pretty quiet when in operation. Our clothes come out clean with no damage and that is the whole point. It was a smooth shopping transaction and we will be back.

They washer is working just fine. I read the directions first or I would have put in too much soap. I have gotten bleach on things in the next load, when using bleach be careful what you wash after using the bleach cycle. I double rinse, so it does take longer for a load to finish. It is quiet, we can't hear it in the next room.
