• Sounds like a water pressure problem. My machine fills without a problem.

• Hi Rick, please make sure both hot and cold water faucet is turned completely up and the hoses are not kinked. If that looks good please call Whirlpool's call center for troubleshooting at 800-253-1301. The hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8am-8pm and Saturday 8am-4pm Eastern Standard Time.
