control panel problems? null

I have had no control panel issues at all and love the touch panel buttons as opposed to dials.

Dear Customer, Individual parts failure ratings are not available. The components and materials used in all of our appliances are of the highest quality available. Product failures can occur at any time since all components put into an appliance are man made. While there may be occurrences with product failures, this is not an issue that we are seeing on every product that has been manufactured. We appreciate your interest in Whirlpool appliances. Thank you.
