QuestionWe had this purchased and installed by Best Buy. We noticed the vent at the bottom blows out really hot air back into kitchen. Our Whirlpool before and GE did not push out as much heat as this unit does. Is this a known issue for this unit?

- Answer I have the same thing going on, so hot on my cabinet drawers under it!! nothing blocking the vent , is it not installed correctly ?? I've had wall ovens before and never had heat like this coming out of it, only had it on for 16 min and could not touch the drawer it was so hot, can't imagine cooking something for hours!!! not sure what to do!!
