A:AnswerYou have the option of convection baking. When you enter you temp and time, you are in the regular bake option. To use the convection bake you merely push the convection button. Very easy.
A:AnswerThere is no coating on the stainless steel; however, there is really no need to come in contact with the stainless steel under normal operation. I did purchase a stainless cleaner if needed.
A:AnswerJust push the button on the left side of the stove that says convection and then put in your oven temp then hit start. The convection is all I use. I love it!
