You have the option of convection baking. When you enter you temp and time, you are in the regular bake option. To use the convection bake you merely push the convection button. Very easy.

It has BAKE and CONV options. You set the TEMP for each, there is no auto adjust for convection cooking. The manual suggests 25°F lower temp and possible 30% time reduction.

This mode ls convection, however it does operate as conventional oven as well. Convection is an option.
