Nope water is barely under room temp. One big thing I dislike about this unit.

While the water is siitting there it gets cold but after a glass or two the water may be warmer. So its a yes and no answer. At this price point you will notice that this is one of the few that do have the water line wound up which is a nice feature;.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.According to the manual (which is the only place you will find this out - after purchase) the water is chilled to 50 degrees. Also according to the manual “the first glass of water may not by cool. Discard the first glass of water”. 50 degrees may sound cold but it is cool at best and certainly not cold drinking water if that is what you are looking for.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Water is refrigerated in an internal tube that is located behind the crisper drawer. You should get some 30 oz of chilled water before it begins to deplete and warmer water comes thru.
