“How do you access the drain filter on this model. My older model you have to take the entire front panel off. Its ridiculous and will not buy the newer model if its the same way.”

Hello Sarah! Any filter that is self accessible would be advised in the Use and Care Guide. If it is not then we would have to advise a local certified technician to access that part. We do greatly apologize.
