Hello Hopey! Please make sure the unit is level. If the unit is level, we would recommend contacting Whirlpool® at 1800-253-1301. We are available weekdays, between 8 am to 8 pm EST. They will be better able to assist you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We have had this washer for three weeks and have not had that problem. Ours is on a Whirlpool pedestal on concrete. The spin cycle does seem powerful though.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The machine has to be level. It has adjustable feet at each corner which can be turned clockwise or counter-clockwise depending on if you need to raise or lower that particular corner. It must be perfectly level and all 4 feet resting firmly on the ground, surface,or platform. Any of the feet not touching will cause it to rock and the longer you use it like this the worse it'll get over time. If you had best buys' geek squad install them for you, they were supposed to level for you during installation before they left. If they installed it call them and make them come back and correct the problem. Hope this helps.
