A:AnswerYes, it comes with the "DEEP WATER" which is actually a higher load setting. I have NO PROBLEMS with getting clothes clean or soap residue left on them. You only use the specified amts and no issues. Everyone in the house LOVES how the clothes are clean. (This coming from the old school washer- top loader. It finally died). I tried a different brand top loader "efficient" washer. That one was terrible. It didn't clean. Could only use 1/2 a load of clothes and had to set it on the heavy clean to get enough water to CLEAN the clothes. So threw that one out and then bought this one. we LOVE IT AND HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS getting clothes clean.
A:AnswerI found that this model you have to remove back panel to access the filter pump as the front panel is one piece. Stupid design. For a new machine why did they change to a solid panel. Having the front lower panel divided for easy access makes more sense especially if you're supposed to check it once a month when cleaning machine.

A:AnswerNot necessarily a drain filter but more of a catch by the pump. It unscrews by hand and you can remove things like pens, coins etc. Only realy need to open it if unit is not draining well.
A:AnswerHello 4stAr, the loads are sensored loads so they may vary by cycle and options selected. However, per energy star, http://bit.ly/2kPxsLC , it would be around 14 gallons per cycle. Thank you for your inquiry.
