Yes, you can use the pedestal from your Duet for the WFW83000SW03. BEWARE though, that the Geek Squad likely will tell you that they are not allowed to install the new machine on your old pedestal. CHECK YOUR CONTRACT because they refused to install mine even though the contract given to me by the salesperson at Best Buy specifically reads on page 3 under Service Includes: Delivery, bullet point 5: "Placement of a front load washer on a new or compatible existing laundry pedestal of the same brand". I escalated my complaint to corporate. It was a pain in the rear.
