QuestionHaving issues with washer not operating properly. Due to opening the lid while in service. I believe the lock may be messed up and not geting sensed anymore. Anyway to fix it.

QuestionDoes this machine have a direct drive like the WTW4800B01? Does it have a belt drive instead? I will not buy another machine like the 4800B01. It was a piece of junk., and I've used a Roper RTW4440V02 since that time, and it lasted a long time.

QuestionThe washer unbalances constantly no matter how carefully it is loaded. We have resorted to washing sheets one at a time which means it only unbalances 50% of the time during the cycle instead of several times each wash cycle.Is it just total junk?
