- Answer Any "HE" (high efficiency) should work just fine. Its what I use. (I like All "free and clear" HE )

QuestionWhen adding bleach into the dispenser, how do I know it’s getting into the laundry? do I have to set the softener button to release the bleach or does it automatically release for white clothes?

- Answer Not good for liquid bleach. You would have to wait for it to fill with water to add it. Powdered detergent with bleach seems to work just fine.

QuestionI have had this washer for a few weeks now, I never see it rinse just wash drain partially, refill but not all the way, spin and done. My clothes are still dry on top. with agitator or not. It is very noisy lots of clicks and buzzing.

Questionhow do you get help if a brand new washer will not start? i powered it off and on and unplugged it and plugged back in. if i push start i get the done light blinking constantly. thanks.

- Answer Make sure you hold down on the start button until all 4 lights light up. Then let go and it should start. Unless there is a problem with your machine. Hope this helps!
