A:AnswerHi Awilsdog, we would recommend trying to reset the appliance by unplugging it from the outlet for 1 minute. If this does not work we may recommend reaching out to customer service to obtain more information on this. We hope this helps.
A:AnswerDepends I use multiple detergent for different things. What matters is you use an HE detergent. Most nowadays are. It said this machine isn’t HE but it is. But you have the button to override that. So I use Tide powder for cloth diapers and that goes in the loading tray compartment or the drum whichever you prefer. You just have to take out the extra plastic part that is for liquid. I use Dreft which is a liquid for baby clothes and that goes in the compartment as well. I use the pods for our adult regular clothes those have to go in the drum on the bottom which nothing in the compartment. Hope this helps

A:AnswerAmanda, you would need to select the temperature selection that you would like to have for your cycle. Please note that even if warm or hot is selected, some cold water will be mixed into the Washer to help get it to the desired temperature.
