A:AnswerHello! The model number is located around the frame of the washer, underneath the lid, but not on the lid. It is located where the hinges would be located around the tub. Thank you for your inquiry on our Whirlpool appliances.
A:AnswerHello Sandman! There is no specific weight limit however, we would recommend following the manufactures instructions for the item that is being washed. Thank you for your inquiry on our Whirlpool appliances.
A:AnswerI did add it once the old way the first time because I forgot about the detergent drawer. It would be better to use the detergent drawer using liquid HE (high efficiency) detergent. the reason why is that the water comes through there and mixes with the detergent to spread it evenly. If you do it the old way, it will mix but possibly not even through out.
A:AnswerBarb, for further assistance, we recommend contacting Whirlpool by calling 800-253-1301 weekdays between 8 am and 8 pm EST. Hopefully this information is beneficial to you. Thank you for your inquiry regarding our Whirlpool appliances!
A:AnswerThey are adjustable but a bit (not like my previous washer), therefore I used pieces of wood to adjust it accordingly. Luckily those gentleman who brought my washer in helped me with that. Hope it helps.
A:AnswerI haven’t noticed slow running water or cycle not running through completely. The biggest issue we have is that it takes so long to wash a load of clothes.
A:AnswerHello 8082! Once you pause the cycle you would just press start again. If you are having issue, we would recommend disconnecting the power for a complete minute and restarting the unit.
A:AnswerDickyBoy, Whirlpool does offer a few models that are not HE Washers. The models are as follows: WTW4715EW, WTW8700EC, WTW4855HW, WTW4616FW, and WTW5000DW. We hope this helps!
A:AnswerThe "sensing" cycle will change the time of wash depending on the size of wash along with the amount of water added. Also, if you select things like "extra rinse" it will add time for that and any other addition you make.
A:AnswerDue to different sizes, styles, and fills of comforters it is hard to determine which ones will or will not fit. As there is no standard size, fill, or shape, we cannot determine if the washer will be able to accommodate your particular bedding. Hopefully this information is beneficial to you.
