• A:Answer Hi, Steph. The Washer WTW8127LC has a water faucet feature. Press the faucet button once to turn on. The faucet will automatically shut off after 10 minutes or when max water level is reached. Water will automatically drain if water level becomes too high or if the lid is left open for 10 minutes. Cycle times vary depending on water pressure in the home, load size, amount of detergent used etc. The unit also has a soil sensor, which would sense the soil on the clothing. Which in return would adjust the time. The time in the display is an estimated time only and may adjust.

Q: QuestionDoes this machine use "Hot" water loads? Actual hot water from your hot water heater, and wash at the 110° to 150° range? I like using "hot water" for towels and whites. Cold water does not get them feeling clean, to me.
