“Door Issue, garage delivery on 4-24-20, during this Covid-19 no set up. Immediately noticed the door binding. Binding so bad that it was very hard to close and loud. Called Best Buy, Exchanged it, the second one currently is starting to bind as well.”

We bought ours in Aug 2019 and had this same problem. I thought the hinge may have bent in shipping or something, bought a new hinge directly from Whirlpool in Sept 2019 and replaced it myself. The replacement one is already bad and the door wont close. I came here to see if anyone else had this issue. Instead of replacing it again I will contact Whirlpool this time.
