• A:Answer In almost all the loads I have used my machine since owning it last fall (now it's June), the machine has barely filled with enough water to cover the clothes. This is always with the selection of the High water level. Sometimes I think the clothes aren't even completely wet or get slightly wet, so I don't feel they get very clean. I understand the push for high efficiency to some degree but when you feel you have to rewash your clothes, it takes the efficiency out of it. I don't recommend this machine.

• A:Answer Hello! There are no set range of cycle times for this model of washer. Cycle times vary depending on water pressure in the home, load size, amount of detergent used etc. The unit also has a soil sensor, which would sense the soil on the clothing. Which in return would adjust the time. The time in the display is an estimated time only and may adjust.

• A:Answer Hello! Model WTW6157PB does not have the use of an App. The cycle time will vary depending on the type of load, cycle selection, and option selection, as well as the household water temperature and pressure. I would recommend changing the soil level to lengthen or shorten the cycles. A lower soil level will decrease the wash time and a higher soil level will increase the wash time.
