QuestionWe're considering replacing a very similar electric Whirlpool stove (double oven, etc) because of hurricane season. If the power goes out, it seems like it should be easy enough to light the burners. Is that so? What about the oven?

- Answer Hi Joe, In case of a prolonged power failure, the surface burners cannot be lit manually. No attempt should be made to operate the appliance during a power failure.
