Same problem here. Ours started having issues a month after we got it. Sometimes it would heat up and sometimes it wouldn’t. Till last week it wouldn’t heat up at all. Service guy just left and we will now be waiting 2 months for a part on a dryer that we bought 10 months ago. Our old dryer was 26 years old, wishing we never decided to upgrade.
