Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had an issue with my new washer. I called Best Buy. They gave me a number to call Whirlpool Service and I would not have to pay for anything. So I called Whirlpool as it was still under warranty. I waited 1 hour on the phone in their cue -- they then said I could leave my call back # and they would call -- the earliest callback just to book a tech repair appointment was going to be IN A WEEK. So, they would have me wait a week just to talk to them about setting up a tech service call.... I do not think so. I needed my washer and needed it done right away, so I decided to PAY for any service I needed, and I called a local family owned appliance store -- they answered the call right away and offered to come out next day. My washer is now working fine. I will not buy another appliance from a big store and have to reply on service techs like this
