Please try again later.Not sure what the problem is, but when I got the washer and read the manual, it said washer should only be loaded to a certain level, so you may be putting too much laundry in. It a really big tub, but it shouldn't be filled totally. Check out the manual, it has recommendations for loading in there and what setting to use on the top panel.
