Hi Sue, We have had our washer for about a month. What I find is if you use too much detergent for the load, it can extend the wash time and tends to leave the clothes with more moisture then normal. My wife seems to have the heavy hand with the detergent on occasion and I see what you are describing in your question. Another possible solution, which I am sure you looked at is the spin cycle setting for your gentle / delicate cycle, but check to see. If you have no spin selected that too would leave your clothes a bit more saturated with water. Hope this helps.
