We do not provide members with a new device every year, however, with each subscription, members are given a lifetime warranty on the hardware. Our lifetime warranty policy states that if members reach out with any issues or problems, our team will work with them to resolve them and replace their device if necessary so long as they purchase directly through WHOOP or WHOOP-approved partners and have an active membership with a valid payment method on file.
