A:AnswerYou can, but you won’t be able to use all of the racks. I use the bottom section for champagne and need to remove 2 racks. I set bottles on the base of the fridge and the remaining two racks and can fit 9 bottles (vs. the 15 standard bottles you can fit). I also alternate how the bottles lay in order to fit them. Not perfect but it works, and I’m not sure how many Wine fridges exist that are built to accommodate the champagne bottle shape.
A:AnswerIt's best to be able to open the door very widely so that Drawer can slide out. Also make sure drawer is pushed all the way in as you close door because my rubber door gasket has been getting pinched in the door.
A:AnswerIt’s about as loud as any other small fridge. It gets louder and softer depending on how much load it has. When the compressor is running, it sounds like a laptop fan running high. When the compressor is off it is silent.
I think that it will fit champagne bottles with no problem. For even wider bottles (like port) I take the bottom shelf out and store them on the floor of the fridge.
A:AnswerThe unit has black housing with a stainless steel door trim.

A:AnswerI agree if this is placed inside a cabinet it needs to have good ventilation or it will overheat and burn the circuit board. This particular model is meant to be a stand still with at least 3 sides open to space. However, if you place the unit under a cabinet and it happens to be immediately next to a stainless steel sink, I have good news for you. Drill a inch to inch and half hole between adjoining wall of the two cabinets up high to allow the hot air to travel into the cavity of the Stainless Steel sink. The sink acts like a magnet and absorbs the heat into the sink. thus minimizing the amount of heat around the wine cooler. Hope this helps.
