• That's because the device has no drivers. That is to be expected. If you're only using your computer to charge your earbuds, you should just disregard this message.

• You should get a new USB cable as the one you are using might short circuit either your phone or your computer's motherboard. I advise you not to use that cable and get a new one, preferably an original charger.

• Connect to the internet and download the driver from there website sometimes u can click that messege and have windows find it for u
