    • Answer Hi - The lock will alert you (via an icon on the keypad, the app and email) for a couple of weeks before this happens, but if that does happen, you can hold a 9V battery to the emergency terminal under the keypad, enter your code and get inside to change the batteries. The lock also has a back-up key for emergencies.
