If the lock is exposed to constant heavy rain, it has an automatic mechanism that locks itself to protect its software. In such conditions, you can still unlock the smart lock using the eufy Security app or the provided key. It's recommended to ensure some level of protection - like covering your gate or adding a small protective barrier - to help shield the lock from extreme weather.
Can the battery be replaced?
