“Have users had problems with this receiver and Samsung flat screen TV's ? Was all set to buy this receiver and a new Samsung smart flat screen, but I've seen a few reviews that indicated they don't play nice with eachother. No specific Samsung model was given.”

I've got a 46", 3D, LED Samsung that works great with this receiver. Other reviewers may have problems if they aren't using the correct HDMI channel, i.e., HDMI 1 (ARC channel) is only for 3D. HDMI 2 for TV, etc.

Flawless hook-up to my TV, surround sound, cable receiver, Roku, etc. I have had mine for about a year now and don't regret my purchase. My only wish is that it had Bluetooth connectivity, but there is a solution for that.
